NorthPeak is a real estate investment firm that invests in distressed general partnership and limited partnership real estate interests. The targeted investments will be opportunistic which will offer attractive risk-adjusted returns to the investors.  We are primarily focused on multifamily and mixed use real estate in suburban markets across the United States.

NorthPeak's lending platform provides special situation funding for preferred borrowers.  With its strong relationship with various industry partners this has allowed NorthPeak to differentiate itself.
